Young Beggars
Al in 1983 the then Centre Party (CP) a youth movement called Young Centre Democrats, with, inter alia, a section in Rotterdam. This is probably the same as the Young beggars who are active at that time as a youth organization of the CP.
CD Youth
The current Young Centre Democrats or CD youngsters come until 1992 weather in publicity as Theo van Dijk from Vijfhuizen behalf of the JCD distributes a pamphlet at a school in Heemstede. When asked, he explains occasionally to lead the JCD. In 1993 the JCD is broader in focus when Martin of the grind is elected chairman. A wave of negative publicity, however, makes him quite quickly drop out. His background of violent skinhead brings the whole CD so discredited that he must resign all his party functions. From the beginning 1994 state Bas Rietveld Horn Chronicle as chairman. However, there is so little of the organization learned that the suspicion quickly arises that only financial motives constitute a motive for existence. Youth organizations of political parties with parliament representatives as it accounts for tens of thousands of dollars per year subsidy.
Samenwerking
If the CD and CP'86 in spring 1996 do a rapprochement attempt, there is also talk of setting up a joint youth association "The New Young Beggars'. This initiative is taken by the Rotterdam CD'ers Jan Teijn and Marcel Spanjersberg and Ricardo Goverts of CP'86. If the merger failed was also done with this initiative.
In de zomer van 1996 announces the Rotterdam CD councilor John Keijne a reestablishment of the JCD to. This is one way that the JCD in those earlier years is just a paper club. Top CD'er Wim Elst from Haarlem Wood writes in the CD-Newsletter January 1997: “Due to the enormous growth in the number of young members, the Executive Board decided at short notice to put down a mature youth association whose task is to awaken their peers and steaming them ready for the (political) fight against the decline of our Dutch society.”
CD Haarlem

Reasonably well organized Haarlem circle of the CD is playing a significant role in the current JCD. From this circle one is busy with distributing stickers and leaflets and they chose a real board. In this board are include Robert Schaap from homes and Bert Teeuwen from Haarlem. Schaap is the editor of a magazine of the CD loop and acting chairman of the department Gooi and Vecht. Teeuwen is a board member of the circle of Haarlem. It has been under days and youth weekends are planned and is planning to send a youth magazine from.
With the stickers February 1998 spreads were; Color admit? Red-White-Blue on your sleeve!’, they focus mainly on cronies. In this predominantly young and white target will, however, find little serious right-extremist ideas. Yet it is not inconceivable that a certain part of the cronies is sensitive, for the JCD propaganda and member.
Another remarkable fact is the participation in 1997 some JCD'ers to William of Orange commemorate Outpost. After the stranded merger discussions 1996 (between CD and CP'86) this is again one of the first openly collaborations from the CD with another right-wing extremist organization. Op 12 juli 1997 However Outpost blew off this memorial because anti-fascists against actions announced. After that only seek the JCD and the People's Nationalists Netherlands (VNN) jointly hold a commemoration, Police, who made quickly end. It would be an unhealthy development as the JCD can form a bridge between the CD and other right-wing extremist organizations and so would reduce the divisions in these circles.
